The APA format is used extensively in a number of subject areas such as psychology, education and certain social sciences. It is a widely used format. it is almost certain that the educational institution to which you have been accepted will have a website detailing a guide on how to write an APA paper. Take your time and study your own college's website. If you don't feel that is clear and simple enough, then a simple search engine entry on the topic of How to write an APA paper will reveal dozens if not hundreds of guides for you to study.

Remember that the requirements are easy to understand and simple but accepting them and using them can make a significant difference in the score you receive for your paper. Do not cut corners.
